The Pfizer Learning Academy (PLA) is responsible for the development and delivery of learning for therapeutic area knowledge, role-based skills, and colleague performance and leadership development. The organization is part of Pfizer Digital and leverages advanced analytics and an enhanced digital ecosystem to transform the learner experience across the enterprise.
Within this organization, a new team has been formed called the Learning Trends & Strategy Team. This team is responsible for architecting the Pfizer Enterprise Learning Strategy and insuring we are maximizing our learning ecosystem to deliver on that strategy.
This Curator/Distributor role will be accountable for informing and enabling Pfizer Learning & Development community to maximize 3rd party content
- Ongoing assessment of current learning content providers and landscaping of potential new learning content/experience sources; Recommend enterprise level additions/deletions to roster of learning content providers
- Ensures cross enterprise Learning & Development professionals are aware of all PLA provided sources of content, how to access them and integrate them into functional specific learning pathways/experiences
- Define and share best practice for filtering and contextualizing curated content to align it to Pfizer specific learning objectives and learner “What’s In It For Me” messaging
- Identify and establish consistent enterprise measures/channels for feedback that will provide insight into value/relevancy of curated content
- Evaluate the data and draw insights to inform content decisions and Platform/Community engagement activities
- Establish archival process for easy reuse of high impact learning Establish standards for quality and type of content to be curated via Pfizer Learning Academy platform (internally and externally sourced)
- Evaluation, negotiation, and implementation of recommended learning providers in partnership with PLA Tech Platform Team
- Ongoing learner experience
Basic Qualifications required for work from homes Jobs
- Degree qualification: BA/BS required
- 7+ years L&D experience, including hands on Instructional Design experience
- Prior learning content curation experience
- Experience defining design standards/best practices for an enterprise
- English fluency required
- Candidate demonstrates a breadth of diverse leadership experiences and capabilities including: the ability to influence and collaborate with peers, develop and coach others, oversee and guide the work of other colleagues to achieve meaningful outcomes and create business impact.

- Promotes innovation and takes appropriate risks to challenge the status quo
- Identifies multiple solutions or innovative options in solving highly complex problems that will impact the enterprise
